Seasonal Cleanup & Leaf Removal

Spring and fall cleanup, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, and mulch for homeowners, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender Counties.

Seasonal Cleanup & Leaf Removal

End-of-season debris — pine needles, leaves, spent annuals, overgrown beds — gets cleared and reset before the next growing season. We handle leaf removal, gutter cleaning, bed cleanup, pruning cutbacks, and fresh mulch as a bundled service or individually. Commercial and HOA accounts can include seasonal cleanups in their annual agreements for fixed, predictable pricing.

Common questions

When should I schedule spring cleanup?

Late winter into early spring, before new growth takes off and before the heat sets in. That is when winter debris comes out of the beds, growth gets cut back, and fresh mulch goes down. Once everything is up and growing, the same work has to be done around the new growth.

Is one fall cleanup enough, or do I need more than one?

That depends on the tree cover over your property. On coastal lots with pines and hardwoods the drop stretches out over weeks instead of finishing all at once, so leaves that were not on the ground for the first pass come down later. It is a property-by-property question. Call the office at (919) 637-1803 to go over your lot.

Does seasonal cleanup include gutter cleaning?

Yes. Leaf removal and gutter cleaning are both part of what we do on a cleanup, and on flat coastal lots the gutters are worth attention. A clogged gutter sends water straight down against the foundation and through the beds instead of away from the house. Call the office at (919) 637-1803 to have gutters included with your fall cleanup.

Their owner came out to meet us. Their estimates were competitive, they were clear in their communications, punctual, and overall a pleasure with which to do business. There were no omissions or bad surprises! Our yard after 2 visits looks tremendous.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job putting a new patio in our yard. The pavers were exactly what we were looking for. Jason was very professional and took his time with us to understand what we were looking for, then he generated a computer image of what it would look like up against our house. Price was very competitive and right in our budget.

Review 1 of 3: Salty Dog Landscaping completed our first small project today. Jason is a real pleasure to deal with, a great communicator, on time, and just fun to work with. He gave us several ideas, which we incorporated and we are extremely pleased with the results. So pleased we are scheduling our 2nd project for next week. Thanks to Jason &…
